2026 Summer Camps
All Camps are for Ages 4-12 (Split into 3 age groups)
Camp hours: Mon – Fri, 9 AM-NOON
Extended Care: Before Care (8–9), After Care (12–1)
Week 1: July 6–10
Theme: Sleeping Beauty: A Royal Adventure
Week 2: July 13–17
Theme: Cinderella: Dreams Come True
Week 3: July 20–24
Theme: Swan Princess: Wings of Wonder
Each week, dancers will step into the spotlight with a new beloved ballet! Campers will enjoy a daily ballet class, ignite their imaginations through creative movement games, and bring the magic to life with hands-on crafts. They’ll also learn fun facts about ballet history, master French ballet terms, and explore what makes their dancing bodies so amazing.
Our camps are a joyful blend of learning, movement, and imagination—perfect for every budding ballerina or danseur!
Dresscode
Ballet tights, leotard and shoes. Hair must be secured in a neat bun or pulled back if too short. Ballet skirts are allowed but please, no tutus. We have everything you need in stock at ABA. Contact us for a fitting or come 15-30 minutes your first day of camp.
Tuition & Multi-Week Discounts
1 week: $325
2 weeks: $625 (save $25 with code 2Weeks)
3 weeks: $900 (save $75 with code 3Weeks)
Extended Care (Optional):
Before Care (8–9 AM): $45/week or $10/day
After Care (12–1 PM): $55/week or $12/day
Full Day Extension (8 AM – 1 PM): $100/week
Cancellation Policy:
$75 non-refundable fee if a student enrolls then cancels
To receive a refund, cancellation must occur at least 7 days before the first day of camp

Pre-Ballet: 10:30-11:15 am, Ages 4-5+
Ballet 1: 11:30 am-12:30 pm, Ages 6-7+

There is a non-refundable fee of $75 if your student enrolls then cancels.
To receive any type of refund, you must cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the first day of class.

2026 Summer Intensive
Lead by Kai Hannigan
Kai Hannigan is a Japanese American contemporary dancer and choreographer based in Rotterdam and San Francisco. He began his dance training in classical ballet at Alameda Ballet Academy before continuing at San Francisco Ballet School. Kai later focused on contemporary dance, completing the Alonzo King LINES Training Program in 2025 and studying at Codarts University of the Arts in Rotterdam.
He has worked with a variety of choreographers, including Alonzo King, Sidra Bell, Olivier Wevers, and Rena Butler, and has created original works for training programs, exploring themes of movement and expression. As a queer Asian American artist, his experiences continue to shape his creative voice and perspective. Kai loves sharing his passion for dance with young dancers, helping them build strength, artistry, and creativity.
