A unique class designed for adult ballet students, athletes and those who desire to increase flexibility, strength, and body awareness. The class features stretching, toning and strengthening exercises performed on floor mats. Mats are provided but students are welcome to bring their own. Leave class feeling enlivened, deeply connected to your body, and amazingly relaxed!
