A unique class designed for adult ballet students, athletes and those who desire to increase flexibility, strength, and body awareness. The class features stretching, toning and strengthening exercises performed on floor mats. Mats are provided but students are welcome to bring their own. Leave class feeling enlivened, deeply connected to your body, and amazingly relaxed! 
  
INTRODUCTION TO BALLET

Start here if you are an absolute beginner with little or no prior adult training. 
  
BEGINNING BALLET

For students with 12 months prior adult ballet training or with instructor approval. 
  
INTERMEDIATE BALLET I 
90-min class with Julie Lowe 
Begins July 31 
SUNDAYS, 9:45-11:15 AM 
A moderately-paced Intermediate class that includes a thorough barre & complete center. Minimum 2 years of prior adult ballet training. 
  
INTERMEDIATE BALLET II 
90-min class with Emilie Skinner 
Begins July 26 
TUESDAYS, 7:15-8:45 PM 
A fast-paced intermediate level class that activates both the body and brain with a thorough barre and center. Minimum 5 years prior adult ballet training required. Formerly Advanced Adult Ballet.
